What are the shipping delays for your products?

Our manufacturing lead times are 4 days. However, it is possible that your order may be shipped within 24/48 hours if our stocks allow it.
Once your order is shipped, the average delay is 6 business days for the Switzerland, UK and USA.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

We are shipping in the USA and UK and Switzerland. 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we do. You should have received a shipping notification of your order within a few days of your purchase. You can also go to the "Track My Order" tab for more information on tracking your package.

I still haven't received my order yet. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

It is possible that your order is too large to be shipped to you in one package. A second package should arrive shortly.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in London, United Kingdom. Our international warehouse is located in Nepal.

I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to info@woolycave.com and we will send the item back to you as soon as possible.
